Bo Okoroji

As Vice President of Investments for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), Bo Okoroji leads the team responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing due diligence efforts for all acquisitions, dispositions, and investment opportunities in the United States. In this role, Bo and his team are primarily focused on identifying strategic opportunities for the creation of premier flagship shopping, mixed-use, and lifestyle destinations located in major markets across the country. Aligned with URW’s purpose to Reinvent Being Together, Bo and his team are committed to a vision of creating better places where people can live, work, and play within sustainable and inclusive communities. Prior to joining URW, Bo was recruited into the Real Estate Executive-in-Training program at Simon Property Group (the largest US Retail REIT by NAV), where he went on to hold senior level responsibilities including underwriting investment opportunities, asset management, divestments, portfolio densification and JV management. Earlier in his career, Bo worked at Balfour Beatty Investments as an asset management analyst and spent time in Investment Banking as part of the Young Talent Program at ARM Investment Managers in Lagos, Nigeria. An active member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers, Bo is also an avid sports and fitness enthusiast.
