Background & Experience Jay brings more than 35 years of experience and industry knowledge to the Firm including a 15-year track record of success at CB Richard Ellis where he ran the firm’s Washington, D.C. office with over $100 million in revenue. Jay exercised P&L responsibility for 75 commissioned brokers and hundreds of employees and was integrally involved in strategic planning, corporate mergers and succession planning.
