Raymond Davis

Raymond Davis brings more than fifteen years of management experience to his role as Executive Vice President at Red Oak Capital, a Michigan-headquartered firm focused on raising capital through the independent broker-dealers & registered investment advisor channels, family offices, insurance companies, pension funds and private high-net-worth investors. His credentials consist of a blend of corporate and consulting experience with early stage and middle market companies. Davis held positions in the automotive, healthcare, energy, merger & acquisition, turnaround, the alternative investment industries within the broker-dealer channel and limited technology. Davis began his career in manufacturing management and moved on to various management and consulting positions. He has extensive experiences that include participating in C-Level strategic planning with the directive on developing and leading corporate initiative teams. He specializes in the implementation and management of policy, system processes, sales and operational procedures, leading the execution of strategic, operational, organizational initiatives. Davis has held interim management roles as part of crisis turnaround team to clients in such industries as real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, and energy. As interim manager, he has worked closely with C-Level executives, debtors, lenders and creditor committees in out-of-court reorganization and through a court-supervised restructuring under chapter 11 and with a chapter 7 liquidation trustee on the sell-side team. He has also served on performance improvement, cost reduction teams. Davis attended Wayne State University and has been published in numerous national publications.
